At PrimeNest Commerce LLC, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you find that your order is not quite what you expected, we offer a straightforward return and refund process.
1. Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Requests made after this 30-day window will unfortunately not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
2. Condition of Items
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

The item must be free from any signs of wear, perfume, or damage.

A valid proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation email) is required.
3. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our support team:

Once your request is reviewed, we will provide you with the return shipping address and instructions.

Note: Please do not send items back to us without receiving prior authorization, as they may not be processed correctly.
4. Return Shipping Costs

Customer Remorse: If you are returning an item because you changed your mind or selected the wrong style, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: If the item arrives damaged or we sent you the wrong product, PrimeNest Commerce LLC will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.
5. Restocking Fees
We believe in transparency. PrimeNest Commerce LLC does not charge any restocking fees.
6. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item at our Providence, RI location, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it.

If the return is approved, your refund will be processed immediately.

The credit will be applied to your original method of payment.

Most refunds appear in your account within 7 business days, depending on your financial institution’s processing times.
7. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange an item for the same model, please email us at admin@primenestcommercellc.com.
