At PrimeNest Commerce LLC, we handle all logistics from our facility in Providence, Rhode Island. Our goal is to provide clear and predictable shipping for every order of handbags, clutches, and totes.

1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship exclusively to addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. Shipping Costs

We offer a straightforward flat-rate shipping structure:

  • Free Shipping: Available on all orders over $15.00.

3. Order Processing & Timelines

To give you a clear expectation of when your package will arrive, we use the following schedule:

  • Handling Cutoff Time: 2:00 PM (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time.

    • Orders placed before this time will begin processing the same day.

    • Orders placed after this time or on weekends/holidays will begin processing the next business day.

  • Order Handling Time: 1–2 business days (Monday – Friday).

  • Transit Time: 3–7 business days (Monday – Friday).

Total Estimated Delivery Time: 4–9 business days.

4. Delivery Terms

We primarily use USPS, UPS, and FedEx for our deliveries. While we aim to meet the estimated delivery dates, please note that transit times are provided by the carriers and are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by carrier issues or severe weather.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an automated email containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier’s tracking portal. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update after you receive the email.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered but you have not received it, or if the item arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours at admin@primenestcommercellc.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

7. Address Changes

We are unable to change the shipping address once an order has been processed or shipped. Please double-check your shipping details at checkout to ensure accuracy.
