Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship from?
All orders are processed and dispatched from our location in Providence, Rhode Island.
What is your order processing time?
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday – Friday). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the following business day.
How long does shipping take within the United States?
Standard transit time for most domestic orders is between 3–7 business days, depending on your distance from our Rhode Island facility.
How can I track my package?
Once your order is handed over to the carrier, we will send a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, PrimeNest Commerce LLC only ships to addresses within the United States.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return window?
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
How do I start a return?
To initiate a return, please contact us at admin@primenestcommercellc.com with your order number. We will provide instructions on where to send your package.
Who pays for return shipping?
If the return is due to a change of mind (customer remorse), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. If the item arrived damaged or incorrect, we will provide a prepaid return label.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7 business days.
